I'm just a 22 year old who loves Jesus, loves people, and loves capturing moments. 

I dig Vw buses, mountains, oceans, music, Young Living essential oils, (ps, come join my yl team and message me about how to get involved!!) living a healthy + natural lifestyle, and tons of other things that I could ramble about. ;)

 
 
If you need me, I will be listening to really depressing, sad music, while feeling all depressed and sad because I'm not right there sitting on that sand, taking in that view. I have the post-beach blues/now what do I do with my life, feels....Those birds don't know how good they have it... Dear 19 year old boy in the Lilly Pulitzer fruity shorts that were much too short, who hit on me today. I'm sorry that in 6 months I'll be 22. You almost had a real shot...but not really, because, the shorts. And well, you were 19, so....but thanks for hitting on me while I had no makeup on and greasy hair. Major confidence boost.👌🏼Dear girls in high school, I swear if I see one more of you in a skimpy bikini taking at least 500 images of yourself trying to look hot, I'm going to go buy you some overalls to put on. IG is stupid enough as it is, and trust me, your body doesn't need to be plastered all over social media. You're beautiful no matter how many likes or comments you get. 👌🏼 Dear Jesus, thanks for creating the ocean, and the sand, and the sun, and the sky, and the sound of the waves crashing, and the stars, and the frequency of the waves, and the water, and thank you that the sun tans my skin, and thank you for vitamin D. These past 3 days were much needed. Amen. 🙏🏼Dear little town of Rosemary, I freaking love you. I love all of 30A. Ok. 🍩 Happy Saturdayyyy 🙌🏼🙌🏼😍😍 Things I'm thankful for this Saturday : - Living in FL. 🌴 - Perfect sunny and 75 weather.☀️ - Starting tomorrow I'll be spending 4 straight days at the beach with a friend. 🌊 - A nephew who gave me kisses all day. 👶🏼 - Thieves cleaner that gets rid of stains (hello my moment of weakness in eating my feelings that led to chickfila sauce all over my car 🙄) Ok the end. Go throw some confetti and have a great week!!! 🎉🙌🏼🎉 and all you spring breakers stay safe...and don't drink and drive...and don't go crazy. And please for the love of everything good in the world, do not wear thong bathing suit bottoms. These two got married today, and I totally just stayed up till 1am to edit this sneak peek. I'm obsessed. 🙃 And they are perfect. And adorable. Oh, and can we talk about the rose gold Kate Spades? Um yeah. 👌🏼😍 Does anyone have a fear of change? But also a fear of things always staying the same? Yep. That would be me. 🙈🙊 And my go to when I feel that way? Rearranging my room. Because I get that little bit of refreshing change without it actually effecting my life. 🙆🏼I have always been that girl that will randomly decide to rip up carpet at 2am, or move a freakin heavy mattress all by myself just for the heck of seeing what it looks like on the other side of the room. And tonight I did just that, and my desk has a new home along with my oils. And I'm a fan. 👌🏼👏🏼...I also feel like my room (and my soul) can breathe a little deeper with some extra space to move and be. Also, side note: I've been reading a book on owning a business and allowing God to be at the center of it, and it's filled with so many reminders and so much truth. And today it talked about the importance of having a vision, because without a vision, the people perish. So I think I'm gonna take this weekend to start dreaming a little. About where the Lord wants to take me and what dreams He wants to give me. In photography, in owning an oils business, and in maybe going to school to be an Naturopathic Doctor. (But also need to make a littttleee bit more money to afford schooling. 😅 But we shall see. 🎉🤗) Anyway, I want to encourage you to do the same!! Spend some time dreaming! It's so easy to get caught up in life, in our everyday jobs, or stress, or to-do lists, and then at the end of the day we just scroll social media seeing what everyone else is doing with their life, and it's way too easy to allow some comparison to creep in there. 🙅🏼 But ain't nobody got time for that 🙅🏼😷 The enemies goal is to keep you from what God has in store for you. In your business, in your relationships, in your life. So press in, turn off the noise, and just dream. Figure out what sets your heart on fire and write it down, post it on your wall, say it out loud. Pray for God to give you a fresh vision of what He's dreaming over your life, because He is a good Father, and He has good things in store. ❤️ Guys! I have such talented friends. This week has not been my week. You know the kind. The kind that feels like you are drowning in doubt and fear and failure and unknown. Like one thing after the other happens, and you feel defeated and left with a thousand "what ifs"... But let me just remind you, that worrying about the future of something, will not change the outcome of it...but worrying about it, will steal your joy and peace in the present moment. Those "What if I fail" "What if my business isn't successful" "What if I go broke and have no money" "What if I get sick" "What if I never make it" "What if this is all there is to my life?" Are simply full of crap..... So, What if, what if you just sat in the unknown and let it take you where it may? What if you just trust that the unknown isn't as scary as your thoughts make it out to be? What if you learned to press into that uncomfortable place and found peace despite the odds? What if you just took it one day at a time and let those thoughts fade away? Because if there's one thing I know, it's that you can not, and will not fail if you never stop trying. So keep on, keepin on. Let your will to keep going be so much greater than your fear of failure and your desire to give up.❤️....And side note, these two oils are in the morning and nightly routine these days. For obvious reasons. 😉 Surrender the negative and choose joy...every moment of every day. 👌🏼🙌🏼 I know, I know... your newsfeed is already full of people selling oils, and leggings, and makeup, and skin care, and shakes, and vitamins, and alllll the things. And its annoying. This sweet little girl was just the most stunning. 💕 Seriously, how cute are they?? 😍😍😍😍 Coolest wedding party award goes to...👌🏼 Seriously, these guys were great. Also, can we talk about that color scheme? 😍 These two are married!😍😍🙌🏼😍🙌🏼😍🙌🏼 And I couldn't have picked a better couple to kick off my 2017 wedding season. 🎉🎉 From the fun wedding party, to the adorable way these two were in front of the camera, to the ceremony under the rain, with the guests taking cover under yellow towels, It was a perfect joy-filled day. ❤️ I love my job. 😍🤗 Throw back to when I was tan and it was summer. 😎☀️ Seriously summer needs to hurry up, can I get an amen!?!🙏🏼🙌🏼....In other news, I just made a Facebook group for those who wanna join me in my toxic-free, essential oil using, healthy food eating, raising my frequency lifestyle. 😏 So if you'd like to join the Facebook group, comment below and let me know! The amygdala in particular, which is known as the emotional center of the brain. So if the amygdala is somewhat triggered by what we smell, it makes sense that aroma therapy has to influence not only the way we feel, but in how we deal with emotions, and it's also been studied that negative emotions and thoughts are highly linked to every organ and will effect our bodies in a negative way if not dealt with and processed correctly.
